Since founding her consulting practice in 2016, Gia has worked with hundreds of individuals and organizations, guiding them through best practices and proven concepts tailored to their unique realities.

20+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • After graduating Summa Cum Laude with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Minor in Workplace Studies, Gia went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at New York University (NYU), and has applied her education to train and coach Fortune 500 companies.

An avid lover of snow skiing, wakeboarding, and enjoying vacations with her family and friends, she finds joy in life's simple pleasures. Proud of her Armenian heritage and her role as a mother and wife, Gia also finds time to give back with her therapy dog, Snickers, enhancing the emotional well-being of those around her.
